Our Story

As the founder of Cassel Advisory, Keegan’s journey was fueled by a passion for property investment and a desire to help others navigate the complex world of real estate to cut a clear pathway to financial freedom.His expertise has been built on a self made property portfolio of over a dozen properties across several Australian states, corporate experience in the property development and construction sectors as well as operating as a consultant for other large scale established buyers agencies.

But why did Keegan embark on this path of guiding others? The answer lies in his own experiences.
Like many aspiring investors, Keegan had his fair share of trials and tribulations in the property market. He had encountered misleading advice and disappointing outcomes from supposed experts in the field. These experiences left him frustrated and determined to make a difference.

With a resolve as strong as the foundations of a well-built property, Keegan founded Cassel Advisory with a clear mission: to ensure that no client of his would face the same challenges he did. The ethos was simple yet powerful – to provide honest, reliable, and client-centred services that prioritise the client’s best interests above all else.

Our team collaborates with the client’s appointed property manager to ensure that all items from the B&P inspection negotiations have been addressed if applicable and the property is ready for settlement with a tenancy agreement being determined
